We always deliver your order as soon as we can. Our delivery time is normally 4–6 weeks from the order. Delivery can take longer in busy periods and during holidays where the mascots are made.
We try to give you the best delivery information we can. If we have a link for following the order during transport, we will send it to you.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer you have the right of withdrawal, but it must be used before production of the mascot has started. Once delivered we cannot take the product back, as it is made specially for you.
